At UniFig, providing a great experience for collectors is one of our top priorities. We carefully source, inspect, and package our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Type	Returns & Refunds
In Stock .	Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible at unifigstore@gmail.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.
Ships in 1-3 Weeks	Orders may be cancelled before we place the order with our supplier. Once the supplier order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.
Pre-Order	Pre-orders may be cancelled before the cancellation deadline shown on the product page. After the cancellation deadline, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. If the product is permanently cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier and we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund. For eligible pre-orders, UniFig may offer a Reserve Now, Pay Later option. When selected, no payment is charged at checkout. Your payment method is securely saved through Shopify Payments, and the full balance will be charged automatically when your order is ready to be fulfilled and shipped. The estimated shipping timeframe shown on the product page is an estimate and may change due to manufacturer, supplier, or shipping delays. You will not be charged simply because the estimated date changes; payment is collected when the order is ready for fulfillment. If the automatic payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you regarding payment. The order will not be shipped until the outstanding balance has been successfully paid.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong item or no longer wanting the product.

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Please contact unifigstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Photos or video showing the damage or defect, where applicable

You may open the product to inspect it. Please keep the original packaging, accessories, and shipping materials while we review your request.

Eligible claims may receive a replacement, replacement parts, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Collector-Friendly Packaging

We understand that the condition of both the collectible and its retail packaging matters to collectors.

We carefully package every order to help protect it during shipping.

If your collectible or its retail packaging arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact unifigstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible and provide photos of the product, retail packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue.

Minor manufacturer packaging imperfections or normal variations that do not materially affect the product may not qualify as damage.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by UniFig, a damaged, defective or incorrect product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
