Welcome to UniFig. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of unifig.ca and purchases made from UniFig Collectibles Inc. (“UniFig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please review them before making a purchase.

1. ABOUT UNIFIG

UniFig Collectibles Inc. is a Canadian retailer specializing in authentic and licensed anime figures and collectibles.

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, availability, and release information.

Product images may be manufacturer promotional images or prototypes. Final products may have minor differences in colour, packaging, accessories, finish, or appearance.

Manufacturer release dates and product specifications may change without notice.

Products on UniFig may be offered under the following availability types:

Type	Availability & Cancellation
In Stock	Products currently in stock with UniFig. Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once fulfilled or shipped, they can no longer be cancelled.
Ships in 1–3 Weeks	Products sourced from our supplier after an order is placed. Orders may be cancelled before we place the supplier order. Once the supplier order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Pre-Order	Products scheduled for a future release or delivery. Pre-orders may be cancelled before the cancellation deadline shown on the product page. After the cancellation deadline, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Release dates, arrival dates, and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If a manufacturer or supplier permanently cancels a product and we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund for the affected product.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order release dates and expected arrival dates are based on information provided by manufacturers or suppliers.

Manufacturers and suppliers may delay, modify, or cancel products or release dates for reasons outside UniFig's control.

When you place a pre-order, you agree to the cancellation deadline and other conditions displayed for that product at the time of purchase.

4. MIXED ORDERS

If an order contains products with different availability or release dates, the order may be held until all products are available.

If you want an In Stock product to ship separately from a Pre-Order or Ships in 1–3 Weeks product, please place separate orders.

5. PRICING

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. Changes made after an order has been accepted will generally not affect that order.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, supplier, or system error, UniFig reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions.

6. TAXES

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and charged in accordance with applicable Canadian federal and provincial requirements.

Taxes applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

UniFig reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using the shipping methods available during checkout.

Processing times and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, labour disruptions, manufacturer delays, and transportation interruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to modify or redirect it.

9. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For products sold and delivered to customers within Canada, UniFig handles the customs and import costs associated with bringing our inventory into Canada.

Customers in Canada will not be separately charged UniFig's inbound customs or import fees upon delivery.

For future international orders, customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and related conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

11. ADULT COLLECTIBLES (18+)

Certain products available through UniFig may be intended for adult collectors aged 18 or older due to their design, theme, imagery, or content.

By purchasing a product identified or classified as an adult collectible, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase the product in your jurisdiction.

UniFig reserves the right to restrict or cancel an order where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase comply with any applicable age restrictions or other legal requirements in their jurisdiction.

12. AUTHENTICITY

UniFig is committed to selling authentic products sourced from legitimate manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions.

13. COLLECTIBLE & PACKAGING VARIATIONS

Collectible figures are manufactured products and may have minor variations in paint application, positioning, finish, packaging, or other characteristics.

Minor manufacturer imperfections or variations that do not materially affect the product may not be considered defects.

We understand that retail packaging can be important to collectors and take reasonable care when packing orders for shipment.

14. ORDER CANCELLATION BY UNIFIG

UniFig may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including if:

A product becomes unavailable
A manufacturer or supplier cancels a product
Supplier allocation is insufficient
An obvious pricing or listing error occurs
Payment cannot be verified
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
We are otherwise unable to fulfill the order

If UniFig cancels an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The UniFig name, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, and other materials created by UniFig are owned by or licensed to UniFig Collectibles Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

Anime characters, series names, manufacturer names, trademarks, product images, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

16. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use our website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To interfere with the security or operation of the website
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
To transmit malicious software or harmful code
To violate the rights of UniFig or any third party

We reserve the right to restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, website, or business.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

UniFig is not responsible for interruptions or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

18. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable privacy information provided on our website.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniFig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

UniFig is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, labour disputes, government actions, manufacturer delays, supplier disruptions, or widespread service interruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays affecting customer orders.
