We ship across Canada and carefully package every order to help your collectibles arrive safely.

Delivery after shipping: Once your order ships, delivery within Canada typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Shipping Rates
- FREE shipping on Canadian orders of CA$300 or more
- Shipping rates for orders under CA$300 are calculated at checkout.
- We may use Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS or FedEx, depending on the order and destination.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
If your order contains items with different availability dates, the entire order will ship when all items are ready.
If you’d like an available item sooner, please place it as a separate order.
No Surprise Import Fees
Customers will not be charged separate customs or import fees when their order is delivered. Any customs or import charges associated with bringing your product into Canada are handled by UniFig.
Delays
Release dates and fulfillment timelines are estimates. Manufacturer, supplier or carrier delays may occasionally affect them. If there is a significant delay, we’ll keep you informed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact unifigstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep the product, original packaging and shipping materials while we review your request.
